Liver cancer or hepatic cancer is a cancer that originates in the liver. Liver tumors are discovered on medical imaging equipment or present themselves symptomatically as an abdominal mass, abdominal pain, yellow skin, nausea or liver dysfunction. When cancer is found in the liver, it has often spread from somewhere else in the body (liver metastasis). The information here is about cancer that starts in the liver (primary liver cancer). Case reports should include relevant positive and negative findings from history, examination and investigation, and can include clinical photographs, provided these are accompanied by written consent to publish from the patient.
