Role of Immunoglobulin against Infections

ABSTRACT Immunoglobulin is nothing but an antibody that is produced by the white blood cells present in our body. It is very useful in the critical situation of immune response. Antibodies are substances made by the body's immune system because of microorganisms, infections, growth, or cancer cells. Antibodies join to the foreign substances so the immune system will against them. Antibodies are particular to every kind of foreign substance. For example, antibodies made because of a tuberculosis contamination connect only to tuberculosis microorganisms. Antibodies also work in allergic responses. Sometimes, antibodies might be made against your own particular tissues. This is called an autoimmune disease.
